Hello everyone! This is Alexis Alvarez, and today I’d like to welcome Jaye Peaches to my blog with an excerpt from her new release, Take As Payment. I love Jaye’s style and always grab her new books as soon as they come out. Once you read this snippet, I know you’ll do the same. Let’s hear from Jaye:
Thank you for inviting me to Graffiti Fiction. I’m sharing from Taken as Payment, my latest spanking romance. I set this story in an alternative world, nothing particularly futuristic or alien to ours, but the scenario opens up the opportunity to play with themes that wouldn’t fit in a contemporary setting. So my hero has a reputation for claiming virgins. Iona is just such a virgin and she’s nervous and needy – a great combination when writing a sex scene.
Excerpt from Taken As Payment:
She longed for his touch, for the physical connection. Her virginity remained a powerful lure for him; she could sense what it meant to him. Giving it to him would force him to see beyond the code he lived by, to look deeper into his heart. That was the core of her plan.
Xane swayed slightly, then steadied. He nodded slowly as if to acknowledge what she had said. “I will be as gentle as I can be. I know you are not like our women.”
“You don’t have to treat me differently.”
“I think I do and that is why you are here.”
She stepped closer to him. “Yes,” she confessed. “I want this to be different. That being said, I don’t know how to behave, what to do.”
“Be yourself, Iona.”
The gap between them shrank and she reached up with a tentative finger and touched his breastbone. Slowly, she traced the outline of his muscular chest, using her digit to explore his firm pectorals and sculptured collarbones. She mapped out every contour, dipping into the valleys where his ribs drew in and along his abdominal muscles, which flattened his stomach into rigidity. Bringing up her other hand, she followed the line of his arm, up from his wrist, feeling the bulk of his bicep and the squareness of his shoulder. Her little tactile exploration created waves of tingles out from her core. Those delightful sensations assaulted her nipples and clitoris. As she caressed him, she clenched her channel and sensed a wetness like nothing before.
When she is taken from her home and forced to work in the powerful city of Chandros to pay the debts of her small farming community, twenty-year-old Iona Meers is furious. After an intimate, humiliating medical examination conducted in full view of Chief Inspector Xane—the man she considers responsible for her predicament—her seething anger turns into outright defiance.
Having noted both Iona’s rebelliousness and her helpless arousal during her examination, Xane decides to bring her home with him as his personal servant. Iona’s disobedience quickly results in her being pulled over Xane’s knee for a long, hard spanking on her bare bottom, yet despite her best efforts to ignore her body’s response to his dominance, she soon realizes that there is a reason Xane is known among his people for his skill as a virgin claimer.
Iona’s longing for Xane’s touch grows stronger with each passing day, and yielding to his dominant lovemaking arouses her beyond anything she could have ever imagined. But when a long-buried secret from her past comes to light and calls everything Iona thought she knew about herself into question, will it strengthen her bond with Xane or tear them apart forever?
Publisher’s Note: Taken as Payment is an erotic romance novel that includes spankings, sexual scenes, medical play, anal play, elements of BDSM, and more. If such material offends you, please don’t buy this book.
Exploring the world of BDSM and romantic kinky lifestyles has been a passion of Jaye Peaches – to portray the desires beyond the erotic sexual encounters and unearth the personalities that lie beneath. Having written short stories and read many books, she issued a challenge to herself and decided to write her own novels of domination and submission.
When not writing, Jaye is busy spending time with her family, enjoying music, sometimes composing or drawing and if the weather allows, gardening.
Jaye lives in NW England.
Thanks for joining us today. Jaye, I hope the book kicks butt on Amazon and all of the other venues. Congratulations on a great job! Happy reading, everyone.
